We are an internet based company so for the fastest response please email us at sales@southwestagilitygoods.co.uk or use the contact form on the website.

You can also contact us between 9.00 AM and 3PM Monday – Friday on +44 (0)1579 383988. This number is not manned and we advise you to email us unless we have requested for you to phone us. 

All goods remain the property of S.W.A.G until payment has been received.

Whilst every effort is taken by us (South west Agility Goods) to ensure all of our products are safe for use in their intended application, we will not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or otherwise caused by the use of our products.


For ease of use our website has an integrated shopping cart. Items can be selected from our online shop which will be placed in a shopping cart. When you are ready to place the order to the checkout, you will be taken through the checkout process then taken to a PayPal payment page. Here you can choose to pay with a PayPal account or pay by card.

All payments are made using a secure server making your details 100% safe and ensuring your peace of mind.


It is the customers responsibility to ensure they provide the correct shipping address, we hold no responsibility for items not received if details entered are not correct at completion of order, please make sure your Address and Postcode are correct.

You must notify us within 20 working days if you have not received your order, we are unable to process any request after this. 

Returns and refunds

Returns must be received within 14 days (starting 2 working days after your order is dispatched to a UK address or 5 working days for orders dispatched outside of the UK). These items must be returned in an unused, resalable condition with all packaging where applicable, except where a product is faulty. After 14 days we are unable to refund any part of the order. 

We must be notified of faulty items within 48 hours of delivery. 

Please ensure you have proof of postage if you are returning an item to us, we will not be able to offer a refund on items we do not receive that have no proof of postage. We will not accept returns outside of 14 days for refunds or faulty items.

Where an exchange is requested you will be required to pay a delivery fee for the dispatch of your new item. Exchanges will only be dispatched upon payment of the difference and/or receiving of the unwanted item where applicable.

Certain items may carry an 'admin fee' for an exchange. This will be items which are bespoke and made to order that we will be unlikely to re-sell on the website. Most bespoke items are often non refundable/exchange and therefore we feel this gives the customer an option to change their mind still, or exchange for another colour, size etc. The fee is £5 per item. 

Where a refund is requested we will refund the original delivery if it is due to a faulty item only and the entire order is being returned. If you are returning a faulty item we will cover the cost of return postage. Any other refund will be minus the cost of originally delivery and  cost of return is the customers responsibility. 

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 5 working days to show on your statement.
